Are you disabled? Like to try FES Cycling?
What is FES?
Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) is a rehabilitation technique used to stimulate the lower motor neurons that connect the spinal cord to your muscles, which results in patterned movement of your legs or arms. This enables your muscles to be exercised, even if you’ve lost some or all voluntary control of them.
Come and try it out for FREE
We have an FES RT300 System available in the gym for disabled people to try on Fridays between 10am and 4pm until 28 March 2014.
Sessions are led by Cyclone’s FES expert Carl Hird and can take place in the Gym or in a private room.
