Free Inclusive Circuit Training Sessions

Thanks to funding from Carillion’s Liverpool Community Fund, we are able to offer free* Inclusive Training sessions, at our Sports Hall.

The sessions, which are led by an experienced instructor, are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, provide an opportunity for participants to develop strength and endurance fitness.

Starting on Wednesday 30th September, the opportunity is available for twelve weeks, with sessions running Wednesdays 4 ‘til 5pm and Sundays 5 ‘til 6pm. The last session takes place on Sunday 19th December.

Sports Hall Duty Manager Dave Stanistreet commented:
“We’re delighted to be able to offer such a great opportunity for disabled people to improve fitness levels. There’s no need to book, or commit to the whole programme – just turn up when you can and we’ll make sure that everyone can get involved and improve fitness levels.
