Enjoy the motivation of group fitness at our friendly Greenbank Fitness sessions.

With our varied High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programme you won’t get bored – we mix up the sessions regularly and sometimes even offer outdoor training too (weather permitting).

Together we’ll help you to meet your targets, improve fitness and endurance and burn calories.

Members and non-members are welcome to improve fitness and have fun.

Monday 6 – 7pm
Thursday 5 – 6pm
Friday 7 – 8pm
