Rebound Therapy

Rebound Therapy is used to facilitate movement, promote balance, promote an increase or decrease in muscle tone, promote relaxation, promote sensory integration, improve fitness and exercise tolerance, and to improve communication skills. It uses trampolines to provide therapeutic exercise and recreation for people with a wide range of disabilities.

Weekly bookable sessions take place twice per week from in our designated Rebound Therapy space at the rear of the sports hall, led by experienced Rebound Therapist, James Dixon. James is a Rebound Level 2 Practitioner and also Level 2 practitioner in Flexi Bounce Training. James is profoundly deaf and communicates with the use of a BSL interpreter.

Sessions will be provided on Tuesdays (between 10-11:30am) and Wednesdays (between 16:00-19:00) with specific time slots allocated for when sessions can be booked. All sessions are 1-1 and are bookable 20-minute slots for individuals. Sessions are £6 each. All bookings need to be made online and paid for at time of booking. All booking payments are non-refundable.
