Approximately 30 children from Sandfield Park School took part in the Lord’s Taverners County Table Cricket Competition at Greenbank Sports Academy on 22^nd February. The Panathlon supported event was organised by Rob Tipping, Disability Cricket Officer at Lancashire County Cricket to decide who would represent Merseyside at the regional finals, to be held at Old Trafford.

This honour was awarded to their C team.

“It was a great experience for the children, who received advice on how to play throughout the day which benefited them immensely and will improve their chances of progressing from the Regional to the National Finals at Lords.”
