2017 winners, Wirral

Forty-five children from six schools representing Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral took part in the Primary Panathlon Challenge at Greenbank Sports Academy on 8^th March.

The event was organised and funded by Panathlon –  a national charity that provides sporting opportunities to over 7,500 disabled young people a year.

Sports on offer included boccia, table tennis, football and sports hall athletics and the children all had a fantastic time.

After a day of fun competition, the winners’ trophy was presented to Wirral who had a two-point lead on nearest rival, Liverpool and finished on forty-four points.
