We have secured funding from Children in Need to offer low cost Rebound Therapy sessions for disabled children aged 8 to 18.

Rebound Therapy uses a trampoline to enable participants to take part in exercise and have fun, under the supervision of a qualified instructor.

Instructor Emmet O’Neill said “Sessions offer a great opportunity for disabled children to take part in an out of school activity, make new friends and improve their health and fitness through exercise. We currently have places available and it would be great to welcome some new children.”

No need to book; just turn up.

Monday 6pm – 8pm

Wednesday 6pm – 8pm

Thursday 5.30pm – 8pm

Sunday 10am – 1pm (football, hockey and cycling also on offer at this session)
