About this Event
The programme consists of 11 sessions running every Thursday starting 3 December.
These 40-minute workouts are aimed at keeping you fit and active during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The classes are available to adults with disabilities aged 16+. No experience is necessary, the classes will be set depending on the abilities of the group. Members of your household are also welcome to join in.
There are two times to choose from 1-2pm OR 6-7pm. You will attend at the same time each week on the following dates:
December 3 /10 / 17
January 7 / 14 / 21 / 28
February 4 / 11 / 18 / 25
Places are limited so that James is able to offer advice to those who need it to complete the exercises.
You will be asked to fill in short questionnaire so that we know your current fitness levels so that we can tailor the sessions.
