Greenbank Sports Academy is run by Greenbank, a Liverpool based registered charity (Charity Number 513814), which has operated since 1983.

Greenbank’s mission is to support people to achieve their potential through inclusive education, sport and leisure activities.

This is achieved by offering:

• A diverse Inclusive Sports & Activity Programme
• A fully equipped gym with specialist equipment available for disabled people
• Sports and recreation sessions for disabled children during school holidays
• Specialist sports coaching within the community, including schools
• Links to governing bodies for sport and support for elite athletes by providing training facilities.
• A flexible educational pathway into vocational training and coaching courses offered at Greenbank College.
• Opening up employment opportunities for disabled people in the sports and leisure industry
• Running conference facilities and a sports hall on a not-for-profit basis for the benefit of the local community
