We want to make your experience as easy and accessible as possible, so we have developed the Greenbank Sports Academy mobile app in partnership with Member Me+. Think of it as a digital one-stop shop where you can:
- Access our socials
- Check in to the gym
- Get information on opening times, upcoming events and sport sessions
- Find out about special promotions and offers

To download the mobile app, simply click on the Apple App Store or Google Play store and type “Greenbank Sports Academy” into the search bar.
Once you have opened the app, you will be able to access the following features:
- Card: enter your barcode number from your Membership key fob in order to use your phone to login and out of facilities used at Greenbank.
- Check In: check into Greenbank on social media every time you use our facility.
- Announcements: hear about upcoming events and promotions.
- Favourites: add specific classes, events or sessions to your favourites so that you can easily see the latest details and rebook. – COMING SOON
- Twitter Link/Facebook Link/YouTube: quick access to Greenbank’s social media channels and explore new content, images and videos.
- Self-Service: Greenbank members are asked to provide an email address (Please update this with reception). A sign-up email will then be sent to you. Once this is completed you will be able to login from the self-service page and make bookings and update your personal contact details stored by Greenbank.
