Greenbank Powerchair FC holds weekly training sessions on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Greenbank Sports Academy. The inclusive sessions are designed for powerchair users of all skill levels.

Sessions help players develop chair control, passing, shooting, positioning, communication and teamwork. Training is suitable for both beginners and experienced players, with supportive coaches adapting activities to meet individual needs and abilities.

The club offers pathways from recreational and development-level football through to regional and national competition. Greenbank teams compete in the North West Powerchair Football League, including its Development League, while the first team competes nationally in the Wheelchair Football Association National League Premiership—the highest level of powerchair football in England. The club also takes part in cup competitions.

Sessions provide a friendly and welcoming environment where players can enjoy physical activity, build confidence, develop friendships and experience being part of a team.
