A Massive Congratulations to the winners of the GBPHA Slater and Gordon Cup, Greenbank Bears PHC. The inaugural tournament was held at Greenbank Sports Academy (The home of Power Hockey) on Sunday 2nd November.
6 teams participated in two groups of three, with the top two teams from each group progressing to the semi finals. Semi final 1 saw Greenbank Bears beat Warrington Wolves 7-1 while semi final 2 saw Greenbank Spartans beat Middlesbrough 3-2.
The final was a close encounter with Greenbank Bears edging it 3-2.
