
Merseyside Ability Counts under 16 Girls School League
Greenbank Sports Academy hosted the Merseyside Ability Counts under 16 Girls School League on 17 November.
Teams from schools across Merseyside took part; Altbridge, Bank View, Clare Mount, Redbridge and West Kirby Residential battled it out and Altbridge now tops the league with 22 points from 10 games.
Mark Horlick, LCFA Disability Football Development Officer said “It’s really important that girls aren’t ignored in football and the chance to play competitively is vital to maintain interest and enthusiasm.
A big thank you to all those involved in making this possible”.
