Ping! Liverpool
Sport Development Manager and former GB Paralympian, Mark Palmer joined current Paralympian Jack Hunter-Spivey at Liverpool One on 16th June, to showcase their table tennis skills at the launch of Ping! Liverpool 2015.
Ping! Liverpool encourages people to participate in table tennis, get active and have fun – for free at tables located across the city. Greenbank Sports Academy has a Ping! table available – just ask in Time Out café for the use of bats and balls and join in!
Mark commented:
“Table tennis is so easy to play and Ping! makes the game so much more accessible, with no cost involved.
Playing is a great way to take part in sport, meet new people and improve skills such as hand-eye coordination. The Sports Academy is particularly supportive of disabled people playing Table Tennis and runs a coaching session every Tuesday from 7 – 9pm.*”
