Greenbank Sports Academy, Liverpool is looking for competitors to take part in the North West Disability Sport Regional Games which take place on Friday 10th, Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th July.
Funded by St James’s Place Foundation, as part of the wider Choices for Disability Sport Programme, the Games will bring together clubs and individuals from across the North West and beyond to compete in a range of disability sports.
Event Organiser Steve Sullivan, who is keen to attract as many competitors as possible, said:
“The more competitors we have, the better the event will be. We have a wide range of sports on offer; Power Hockey on 10th July, Football, Power Football and Wheelchair and Standing Table Tennis on 18th July and Boccia, Wheelchair Handball and Wheelchair Rugby on 19th July. We want to make this year’s event, the best ever and that means more people taking part.”
